Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons: 

  • You wish to make contact through our website for the purpose of arranging a Counselling session, or to add a comment to our blog. 

 

We use the information that you have given us in order to respond to your request to make contact with you.  

 

We may be legally required to share certain personal data, which might include yours, in some limited circumstances, for example if we are involved in legal proceedings or complying with legal obligations, a court order, or the instructions of a government authority.

Your information is securely stored in the UK. That means that your personal details will be fully protected under the Data Protection Legislation.

We keep your name and contact details no longer than necessary in the light of the reasons it was first collected. We will then dispose your information by deleting it from our website and all of our electronic records.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
